The Rental Fee Includes Everything

The use of two 65” hanging monitors and two rolling TVs for PowerPoint and video projection plus a professional quality sound system with wireless microphones.

A warming kitchen is available for staging catering or meals.

High speed internet access is available for video conferencing.

The facility can seat 225 for theater style seating and 125 for a sit-down dinner. The main area can be divided into three separate rooms for multiple break-out meetings. Setup and tear down of chairs and tables is included in the rental fee.

1/2 Day Rate = $275

Full Day Rate = $500

Weekend Rate = $800

Thank you SO much for everything that you did to help Tri Kappa this weekend. Our fundraiser was a huge success and we LOVED having it there. It was such a pleasure to be in a beautiful setting. Everyone who attended told us that they loved it and can’t wait to have it there again.
